Job Summary

This individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the functions and activities of plant operations and building renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviews and evaluates existing programs, services, policies and procedures

• Monitors flow and quality of work to assure timely completion of workload and adherence to facility’s standards and regulations

• Prepares and manages departmental budgets, including the utilities energy savings program

• Manages and ensures regulatory compliance with the Joint Commission, State Health Department, EPA, DEP, ADA, UST, and other regulatory agencies

• Provides guidance, training and motivation to staff

• Monitors work performance and prepares performance evaluations for personnel

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Four year degree in relevant field, or equivalent training and experience

• Minimum of 4 years engineering or maintenance experience, to include some management experience

• Extraordinary customer service and quality attitude

• Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives

• Must have the ability to analyze and interpret financial data

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
