A Day in the Life
The Project Coordinator II is responsible for providing project support to business partners by monitoring program timetables and providing status updates to key stakeholders. They must apply operational experience to ensure on-time and compliant delivery of products to customers, approve and delegate incoming product requests to the appropriate team members and use product knowledge to provide technical support when needed. In addition, the Project Coordinator II position should be skilled in organization, problem-solving and clear communication.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of system guidelines and procedures
• Monitors program/project/system status budgets and timetables
• Regularly communicating with customers both over phone and email
• Coordinates shipping logistics with our internal and external customers
• Coordinates repairs
• Gathers and compiles information for reports.
• Manage large capital support products such as instruments and disposables
• Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role, please ensure the following information is evident on your resume.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience

Nice to have:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related major
• Previous work experience in a distribution center, or service depot
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and develop practical solutions
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with inventory, data, and numerical information
• Ability to work with numbers and perform basic calculations accurately
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Must be able to lift/push/pull 80 lbs.


For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$47,200.00 - $70,800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
