POSITION OVERVIEW
CAZA Collective is recruiting on behalf of a highly respected luxury jewelry retailer seeking a Sales Manager, Fine Jewelry to join their growing team in Chandler, Arizona. This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished sales leader who thrives in a relationship-driven luxury environment and enjoys both personal selling and team leadership. The Sales Manager will serve as a key partner to ownership, helping drive sales performance, elevate the client experience, and support the continued growth of the business. The ideal candidate is a strong client advisor, natural coach, and highly organized professional who can lead by example while building lasting relationships with clients and team members alike. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being actively engaged on the sales floor, supporting custom jewelry projects, developing client relationships, and mentoring a high-performing sales team. WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Lead by example on the sales floor through exceptional client service and personal sales performance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive outreach, clienteling, and follow-up.
• Support engagement ring, bridal, custom design, redesign, and repair consultations.
• Partner with leadership to drive sales growth and maintain a luxury client experience.
• Coach and mentor sales professionals through real-time feedback, training, and development.
• Help establish accountability around sales goals, client follow-up, and service standards.
• Support daily store operations, including appointments, active client projects, and sales floor execution.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure custom projects, repairs, and special orders are completed successfully.
• Utilize CRM and point-of-sale systems to maintain client records, track opportunities, and support reporting needs.
• Participate in client events, community events, and networking opportunities that support business growth.
• Help foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years of luxury retail, fine jewelry, or high-end clienteling sales experience.
• Previous leadership, management, or team development experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Experience working with affluent clientele in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Professional presence with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Fine jewelry experience strongly preferred; luxury retail backgrounds will also be considered.
• Experience with custom jewelry, bridal, repairs, or high-ticket sales is a plus.
• GIA education, Graduated Gemologist designation, or other gemological training is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, POS systems, and CRM platforms. COMPENSATION
• Base salary of $80,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonus opportunity.
