Highlights Pay: $132,017.38 - $156,767.38 Annually Location: Brooklyn, NY Facility: NYU Langone Hospitals Department/Unit: Breast Imaging Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift What You'll Do Lead improvement efforts to achieve organizational goals within the quality and safety performance improvement plan. Educate the patient/family regarding health status and established plan of care. Evaluate the patient's progress towards expected outcomes. Coordinate and direct unit activities to create a healing environment. Lead unit projects to improve unit throughput efficiencies and metrics. Comply with unit-based and organizational professional standards. Collect, assess, and document patient healthcare data. Lead interventions in the coordination of patient care. Analyze delegation practices to ensure activities are followed through. Comply with annual education and mandatory/regulatory requirements.
