Founded on rigorous scientific inquiry and a willingness to challenge long-held assumptions, Revolution Medicines is committed to changing the trajectory of disease for patients with RAS-addicted cancers worldwide.Our people are united by a shared way of working: follow the science, challenge assumptions, act with urgency and hold ourselves to a high standard of rigor—all in service of patients.The Opportunity:As a key member of our dynamic DMPK lab team within DMPK under the non-clinical development and clinical pharmacology (NDCP) department, you will have responsibilities including, but not limited to:Develop LC-MS/MS methods and analyze in vivo and in vitro samples to support ADME, pharmacokinetic, efficacy, and toxicokinetic studies, etc.Handle a variety of tissues, including tumors, from tissue homogenization through sample preparation for bioanalysis.Perform data analysis, prepare experimental result reports, and upload data to electronic notebooks.Conduct in vitro ADME/DMPK assays in biological matrices, including hepatocytes, microsomes, blood, and plasma, ect.Support laboratory operations, including lab safety, LC-MS/MS instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.Required Skills, Experience and Education:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences or a related scientific discipline, with 5+ years of industry experience for bachelor’s degree holders or 3+ years for master’s degree holders.Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining LC-MS/MS systems.Hands-on experience in LC-MS/MS method development and bioanalytical analysis.Knowledge of biological sample preparation and extraction techniques for downstream LC-MS/MS analysis.Hands-on experience in HPLC/UPLC method development.Ability to customize and follow established assay protocols.Ability to manage multiple laboratory and project tasks efficiently.Ability to work effectively in a flexible, team-oriented environment.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent recordkeeping skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Previous hands-on experience in SCIEX QTRAP mass spectrometers.Previous hands-on experiences on bioanalytical method development in compliance with regulatory requirements.Working experience in DMPK lab.#LI-CT1 #LI-ONSITEThe base pay salary range for this full-time position for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA is listed below.
