Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid state special education teaching certification.
• Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher, particularly with elementary students.
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff.
• Flexibility, organization, and a commitment to inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction, accommodations, and modifications for students with diverse learning needs.
• Develop and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
