This contract opportunity offers two full-time positions through the school year and one leave coverage from now through October. Assignments include one-on-one support at elementary schools and general classroom assistance at both elementary and middle school levels, providing you with valuable experience across different age groups and learning environments.

What You Bring:

• Active substitute certification listed with DESE
• Experience working in schools, particularly with behavior management
• Flexibility to adapt and possibly shift assignments during the year
• Reliable transportation for daily commute
• Willingness to complete required fingerprinting (candidate responsibility)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group support to students as directed by instructional staff
• Assist teachers in implementing behavior intervention strategies
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Support students in navigating daily routines and classroom expectations
• Help ensure IEP and educational goal compliance for students receiving special services
• Contribute to classroom activities, documentation, and team meetings as needed
