FULL-CHARGE CONSTRUCTION BOOKKEEPER Pueblo, Colorado | Full-Time | In-Office An established General Contractor in Southern Colorado is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Construction Bookkeeper to oversee day-to-day accounting operations. This position requires hands-on experience with construction accounting, including job costing, progress billing, retainage, payroll, and financial reporting. Construction accounting experience is required. Applicants without construction accounting experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Job Costing and Project Accounting Progress Billing and Retainage Tracking Work-in-Progress (WIP) Reporting Payroll Processing Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations Monthly Financial Reporting Coordination with outside CPA Qualifications Minimum 3 years of construction accounting experience Experience with job costing, WIP reporting, and progress billing Strong QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality #J-18808-Ljbffr
