SBA CPA is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team! This position has a possibility for remote work, in person/hybrid preferred.
You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Payroll and Payroll Tax Processing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Quick Books
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
