Customer Service Representative

Client Care Representative (CCR) – Customer Service & Sales Full-Time | On-Site | Vienna, VA My Pest Pros, a growing, family-owned pest control company serving Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC, is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our Vienna, VA, office. Our CCRs are at the center of our client experience and daily operations. You’ll answer calls, help clients solve problems, schedule and coordinate services, follow up on open requests and proposals, maintain accurate account information, and help new clients choose the right pest-control services. This role combines customer service, sales, and account follow-through. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership and makes sure clients receive the help they need from the first conversation through resolution. Responsibilities Answer calls, emails, and messages professionally and promptly Schedule and coordinate appointments with the appropriate technicians Explain services, pricing, treatment expectations, and agreements Assist prospective clients, send proposals, follow up on leads, and close sales Maintain accurate client notes, CRM records, and sales pipeline stages Coordinate re-services, urgent requests, and technician follow-ups Process payments and assist with collections Take ownership of open requests and escalation concerns when appropriate What We’re Looking For Previous customer service, administrative, or phone-based experience Strong verbal and written communication Friendly, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach Excellent attention to detail and organization Comfortable using phones, computers, CRM, and scheduling software Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale Willingness to learn and receive feedback Sales or home-service experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay plus sales commission opportunities Performance bonuses Health, dental, vision, and life insurance options PTO, separate sick days, and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Paid training Gym membership partial reimbursementTeam events, contests, and employee recognition Opportunities for growth and advancement About My Pest Pros For more than 14 years, My Pest Pros has protected homes and businesses throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.
