Senior HR Manager (Bilingual in Spanish required)

San Rafael, CA | 100% On-Site | Full-Time
$120,000–$132,000 + Bonus

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on, people-focused HR leader to join a growing company with approximately 130+ employees across production, shipping, supply chain, quality, and administrative teams.

This is a highly visible HR leadership role for someone who enjoys working directly with employees and managers, solving problems, building relationships, and helping create a positive workplace culture.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees, supervisors, and leadership.
• Handle employee relations, including investigations, complaints, performance issues, discipline, and terminations.
• Coach managers and supervisors on employee and performance issues.
• Spend time on the production and warehouse floors, building relationships with employees.
• Lead recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Help develop and improve HR policies and procedures.
• Manage and support workers’ compensation, safety, and compliance programs.
• Ensure compliance with California employment laws and regulations.
• Support payroll and other HR functions as needed.
• Partner with the Head of People on training, development, and organizational initiatives.
• Serve as the senior HR leader when the Head of People is unavailable.

What You Bring

• Bilingual English/Spanish – required
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong employee relations and investigation experience.
• Experience supporting an hourly workforce.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, hospitality, or another hands-on operational environment is strongly preferred.
• Workers’ compensation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience coaching managers and supervisors.
• SHRM certification is a plus.
• HRIS experience; BambooHR is a plus but not required.
