Direct Demo is hiring Part-Time Retail Sales Representatives to run live product demonstrations inside the Mt. Prospect Costco location. You'll represent top health and wellness brands, engage customers one-on-one, and earn real commission on top of a strong hourly base rate.

Pay & Earning Potential

• $24/hour base pay to begin — competitive hourly rate from day one

What You'll Do

• Run engaging, high-energy product demonstrations inside Costco
• Start real customer interactions — educate shoppers and drive sales through face-to-face sales techniques
• Convert customer service conversations into closed sales
• Set up and break down your demo station each shift
• Represent health and wellness brands with professionalism and accuracy
• Track your own demo performance and report daily results

Who We're Looking For

• Sales experience or strong customer service background preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Confident approaching and engaging strangers in a retail environment
• Punctual and dependable — reliability is non-negotiable
• Able to represent brands accurately and follow instructions

Schedule & Requirements

• Weekend availability — Saturday and Sunday are the core of this role
• Weekday opportunities may also be available
• Typical shifts are 6–7 hours
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation required — you'll transport demo supplies each shift
