Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings. No new graduates accepted. Travel clinicians must complete three HealthStream modules pre-assignment; agency will be reimbursed upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Work Days: Monday through Friday. Schedule: Flexible to 5x8 or 4x10 formats; must be open to two evenings per week until 7:00 PM. EMR: Raintree. Productivity Expectation: 55-63 patients per week (approximate). Contract Duration: 13 to 26 weeks (flexible start date). Cancellation Notice: 30 days.
