Talent Acquisition Associate

Talascend is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate for an opportunity in Clyde, Ohio. Overview The Talent Acquisition Associate role involves supporting the recruitment process within a manufacturing environment by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth hiring experience. Responsibilities Screen resumes and applications based on specific guidelines to identify qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews, drug screens, and hiring process communications. Schedule candidates for new hire orientation using a standardized, scripted process. Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities and candidate data. Engage in sourcing and screening activities, balancing time effectively between direct candidate interaction (75%) and sourcing/administration (25%). Perform other related duties as assigned to support the talent acquisition function. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred. Bachelor's degree required for full-time employment conversion. Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing talent acquisition role; 1+ year preferred. Proficiency in Google Workspace tools is preferred. Experience with job boards and recruiting software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Strong ability to multitask and remain target-driven. Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education. Preferred Qualifications Previous talent acquisition experience within a manufacturing plant environment. We thank all applicants for their interest.
