Estimator Construction Company | Hartford, CT | Salary: $95,000 to $145,000 A reputable construction company in Hartford is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. This person will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a variety of commercial and industrial projects. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, analytical, and confident working in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities: Review project plans, specifications, and documents Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimates Work with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing Analyze bids and proposals to ensure accuracy Assist project managers and leadership with budgeting and forecasting Participate in pre-construction meetings and support project handoff Maintain historical cost data and update internal estimating tools Qualifications: 3+ years estimating at a construction company on projects over $250K Strong understanding of commercial construction Proficiency with estimating software and Excel Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong communication and organizational skills Detail oriented with strong analytical thinking Compensation and Benefits: Salary between $95,000 and $145,000 based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k with company match #J-18808-Ljbffr
