Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Vinita, OK
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $39.78/hour

Job Summary:
Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care, evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and help patients achieve functional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide and progress physical therapy treatments based on patient goals.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or Temporary Letter of Authorization.
• New graduates are welcome ; 0–6 months of related experience listed.
