You are comfortable asking for help from peers and Subject Matter ExpertsStrong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies.The Work:Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution deliveryLead and manage the implementation project teamPrepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reportsIdentify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progressDrive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiencesProven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise Software (ideally ITIL related) solutions in client environmentsStrong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companiesDemonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problemsAs a member of the ServiceNow Business Group you will have access to our robust training and certification opportunities.Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here's what you needMinimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNowCompleted Certification - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Minimum of 1 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience with MS ProjectMinimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management/Delivery or certification in project managementBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)Bonus Points if you havePMP or CSM certificationStrong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitudeProven team player and team builderStrong organizational and analytical skillsFamiliarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architectureA degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project managementITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification preferredProfessional Skill RequirementsProven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environmentProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentDesire to work in an information systems environment.Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.Excellent leadership and management skills.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
