FP&A Manager II

Work Model: You'll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday-Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

Position Overview

As a Manager, FP&A in this highly visible position, you'll serve as a trusted finance partner to our Corporate IT leadership team, helping to mature IT capital project best practices across the organization. You'll go beyond the numbers-designing clearer reporting, improving forecasting accuracy, and translating financial insights into meaningful actions for senior leaders on IT investments over the next year, while providing transparency into the realization of financial results for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

You will also lead and develop a small team, including direct reports, providing coaching, prioritization guidance, and oversight of key FP&A deliverables to ensure high-quality, consistent output.

This is a hands-on, strategic FP&A role ideal for someone excited by change, energized by cross-functional collaboration, and motivated to build scalable financial processes that support growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly close activities for Corporate IT, including journal entries, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support the development of annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and forecasts, ensuring consistency for capital projects.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reporting packages, including enhanced leadership reporting aligned to new organizational structures.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly, executivelevel presentations to Segment Presidents and Segment CFOs, providing clear visibility into IT capital project performance, investment spend, and the forwardlooking financial outlook across the business segment.
• Partner closely with IT, Finance, and business leaders to distill complex project and financial data into clear, concise, decisionready insights that support informed leadership discussions and strategic decisionmaking.
• Assist in designing and implementing standardized reporting frameworks and performance metrics for the merged IT functions.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate financial risks and opportunities, and support execution of action plans to achieve department targets.
• Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis to support enterprisewide capital planning, project evaluation, and IT cost allocations.
• Partner with leaders from both legacy and newly integrated teams to ensure alignment on financial processes, assumptions, and data integrity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including documentation and standardization of FP&A processes across Corporate IT.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, and Regal Rexnord accounting policies.
• Prepare adhoc financial reports, models, and analyses in support of leadership and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of finance or accounting experience; experience in global manufacturing and/or corporate IT environments preferred.
• Demonstrated experience conducting financial and operational analysis to support capital planning, project evaluation, and IT cost allocations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights to senior and executive leadership.
• Proven ability to deal with ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience leading or mentoring others, with the ability to manage direct reports and develop team capability.
• Willingness to travel 5-10% to global Regal Rexnord locations.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Hyperion, OneStream, BI tools, or similar financial systems.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, crossfunctional environment, particularly during periods of organizational change.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Expected Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000.

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
