Behavioral Health Case Manager — Recovery & Support
TERRO
Terros Health seeks a Case Manager to join the interdisciplinary clinical team at our 23rd Ave Recovery Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role supports individuals with Serious Mental Illness or general mental health conditions under court-ordered treatment. You will assess needs, coordinate care, and help implement the individualized service plan. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K, generous PTO, and an additional $1.50/hr SMI differential. #J-18808-Ljbffr TERRO
