Terros Health is seeking a Case Manager to join our interdisciplinary clinical team at the 23rd Ave Recovery Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. You will support individuals diagnosed with Serious Mental Illness or general mental health diagnoses, helping them identify recovery goals and navigate services.
