Behavioral Health Case Manager: Recovery & Support

Terros Health is seeking a Case Manager to join an interdisciplinary team serving individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our South Mountain Recovery Health Center. Full-Time Employment: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Location: 3540 E. Baseline Rd., Phoenix AZ, 85042.
