- Greet and check in patients as they arrive, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments in person or over the phone.
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Verify and update patient information, including insurance details, medical history, and contact information.
- Process patient payments and assist with billing and insurance claims.
- Handle patient records and ensure they are accurately maintained, organized, and confidential.
- Assist in managing office inventory, ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked.
- Coordinate with dental providers and staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area, maintaining a professional office atmosphere.
- Provide patients with instructions and information about upcoming appointments or procedures.
- Handle any patient concerns or complaints with professionalism and direct unresolved issues to management if necessary.
- Maintain a working knowledge of dental insurance plans, procedures, and office policies.

Pay

$24~$28 per hour
