Operations Coordinator

Seeking a candidate who can work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks with minimal supervision once acclimated. Responsibilities Responsible for the cleanliness and general upkeep of the facility and grounds. Conduct daily inspections of all areas to note and address concerns. Ensure the marshalling area is maintained in an orderly manner. Assist with the movement of furniture, equipment and supplies as needed, including transportation to and from off-site warehouse locations. Plan, schedule and execute special projects as directed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience and skills required, but not limited to: High school diploma or its equivalent preferred. Candidate must have the ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions as well as adhere to building policies and event requirements. Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, and climbing, as needed Candidate must have knowledge of basic mathematical skills. Must have ability to interact with fellow employees and general public in a professional manner. Must be forklift certified or have the ability to obtain forklift certification once employed. Valid NC driver’s license and acceptable driving record required. Must pass background check.
