Описание: We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced talent acquisition managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. Задачи: create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: job descriptions and interview scorecards, offer letters and compensation rationale, HR policy and handbook drafting, performance-review templates, candidate-feedback and rejection communications, and headcount and compensation-band trackers. Требования: 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail Условия: $70/hour Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired) Fully remote, work on your own schedule ASAP #J-18808-Ljbffr Ethos
