Position Overview We are hiring experienced sales professionals and motivated individuals (licensed or willing to become licensed) to join our team as Life Insurance Sales Agents. This is a full-time, performance-driven role where you will work directly with clients, present solutions, and close policies — often in a same-day or short-cycle sales process. What You'll Do Meet with clients (virtually or in-person) to assess life insurance needs Present and close fast, transactional life insurance solutions Manage your pipeline and follow-ups to maximize production Build referral networks and generate consistent opportunities Track performance and maintain daily activity goals Continuously improve through training and mentorship Who You Are (Ideal Candidate) Strong Work Ethic – willing to work 5–6 days/week, early mornings through afternoons High-Income Driven – serious about earning $500K–$1M+ annually Entrepreneurial Mindset – you think like a business owner, not an employee Resilient – you handle rejection and stay consistent Coachable – open to systems, scripts, and continuous improvement Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly Qualifications Active Life & Health Insurance License OR willingness to obtain (we guide you) Proven sales experience preferred (insurance, D2D, solar, or high-ticket sales is a plus) Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable in a commission-only environment Compensation 100% commission (1099) — uncapped income potential High-volume, fast-cycle sales = scalable earnings Top producers earning $80K–$100K+ per month Opportunity to build long-term, residual income Why Southwestern Legacy?
