Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved. Develop and manage the construction department’s budget, including forecasting project costs and controlling expenses to stay within financial limits. Negotiate contracts with architects, vendors, and contractors, ensuring favorable terms that protect the organization’s interests. Serve as the main point of contact between various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors, to maintain alignment on project goals and expectations. Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Utilize BuilderTrend software to track project progress and ensure timely execution Conduct cost estimating and manage architectural design process Implement safety protocols and compliance measures across all construction sites to minimize risks and adhere to federal, state, and local regulations. Required Skills: Experience in construction management and project execution Proficiency in BuilderTrend software and other project management tools Strong background in cost estimating and capital projects Knowledge of architectural design and due diligence processes Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders Required Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is typically required.
