General Manager – High-Energy Coffee Concept | $74K–$86K + Bonus
Ready to run a fast-growing, community-driven concept where energy, culture, and growth actually mean something?
This is your chance to lead a high-volume specialty coffee & food operation that’s making serious waves. Strong systems, real support, and a brand people are excited about—this is not your typical café role

What You’ll Own:
Lead a high-volume café delivering exceptional guest experiences
Build, coach, and develop a strong, energized team
Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
Create a community-focused environment that keeps guests coming back
Execute systems that keep the business running smoothly and efficiently
What You Bring:
3+ years as a General Manager in high-volume QSR or fast casual
A contagious, positive leadership style
Strong operational discipline and people development skills
Drive-thru experience (required)
New store opening experience is a big plus
