POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Growth Marketing owns EnableComp’s demand generation engine — planning and executing the multi-channel campaigns that build pipeline, and, as our first dedicated content hire, creating the blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, and nurture content those campaigns run on. This role builds on the technical infrastructure the GTM Engineer maintains and the positioning the Director, Product Marketing sets, translating both into campaigns that generate and nurture qualified leads. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Manager will partner closely with Product Marketing, the Commercial Enablement Director, the Manager of Event Marketing & Strategic Partnerships, and the SDR function to ensure a consistent, well-coordinated path from first touch to qualified pipeline. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports at this time.
