Overview

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, and testing of aerospace components and systems. This role will play a key part in product development, ensuring designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for aerospace applications
• Create 3D models, drawings, and documentation using CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.)
• Perform engineering analysis including stress, thermal, and vibration evaluations
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure designs are production-ready
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and specifications
• Investigate and resolve design-related issues during development and production phases
• Support continuous improvement of existing products and systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3-7+ years of mechanical design experience (aerospace preferred)
• Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, etc.)
• Knowledge of materials, mechanics, and design principles
• Experience with GD&T and engineering drawings
• Familiarity with aerospace standards (AS9100, FAA, etc.) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and project teams

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
