Plant Manager

Responsibilities Oversee personnel, equipment, and operations of the Denver, CO locations. Manage production, inventory, productivity, cost control, savings, capital management, EHS, and site performance reporting. Lead daily interactions with plant personnel, including direct management of the manufacturing facility and 3PL Denver Warehouse plant operators. Collaborate with logistics, customer service, SI&OP, IT, EHS, and shared services to troubleshoot plant and product issues and ensure operational continuity. Operate in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft applications, SAP ERP, and other external applications) to manage communications, reporting, and operational coordination. Oversee receipt, sorting, and planning of all incoming sales and orders; act as a customer contact when needed and resolve service‑related issues while maintaining efficient workflow and service levels. Manage all aspects of production including scheduling, quality control, inventory control, employee management, safety compliance, and meeting output goals while controlling cost. Lead and develop a small team, including training, day‑to‑day duties, and performance reviews. Serve as the point of contact for any plant issues at this location. Oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and compliance for the production site, driving a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement. Drive the successful planning, execution, and timely delivery of capital projects in close collaboration with the engineering team. Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Manufacturing, Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Strong aptitude for basic mathematics and meticulous attention to detail. Experience in plant supervision and management with a solid understanding of 5S and Lean principles. Knowledge of capital management, including project identification, case development, appropriation request submission, and post‑investment performance tracking. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet, and ERP/MRP systems. Command of the English language. Benefits Base salary ranging from $92,000 to $142,000 per year, with total target cash range of $103,040 to $159,040, including a 12% annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
