This position requires office presence of a minimum of five days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Serve as the site point of contact to manage and ensure accurate tracking of employee attendance, providing advice and counsel to management for resolving compliance and policy-related issues.

Your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• A professional with solid knowledge of fundamental concepts and organizational practices, working on smaller projects.
• Exercises judgment in the absence of prescribed guidelines or policies to determine appropriate action.
• Works under minimal supervision with independent judgment.
• Actions impact efficiency and costs.
• Interacts primarily within the department, across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately track and document attendance, RTW, coaching, discipline, and ADA discussions.
• Ensure policy compliance, administering attendance policies and labor laws, providing guidance on adherence.
• Resolve attendance issues, addressing discrepancies, managing grievances, and supporting resolution and closure.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, partnering with site leaders, COEs, and unions, facilitating productive relationships and implementations.
• Support legal and union processes, handling RFIs, unemployment claims, and attending grievance meetings, ensuring compliance.

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.

Experience:

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Compensation Offered:

Our Specialist Field Attendance Admin earn between $64,200 - $96,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
