Project Manager

Project Manager – Heavy Industrial Fabrication Chattanooga, TN Project Manager needed for a growing custom manufacturing and welding company in the Chattanooga area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced fabrication professional who enjoys managing projects from concept through completion in a hands‑on industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in steel and aluminum fabrication, estimating, material planning, and customer project management. The company specializes in heavy industrial fabrication and is looking for a leader who can work closely with customers, production, and operations to ensure projects are delivered successfully. Responsibilities Review customer drawings and project specifications Prepare project estimates and quotations Manage projects from planning through production and final shipment Coordinate material flow, inventory, and production scheduling Develop and maintain BOMs and project documentation Work closely with fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly teams Monitor timelines, costs, and overall project execution Ensure customer expectations and quality standards are met Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience within steel and aluminum fabrication/manufacturing Strong understanding of mechanical fabrication, metal cutting, and assembly processes Experience with estimating and project costing Knowledge of BOMs, inventory control, and material planning Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree highly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established Chattanooga-area fabrication company with a strong reputation for custom industrial manufacturing and craftsmanship. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gem Care Recruiting & Staffing
