BENCHMARK is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Captain to join our team at the Rand Tower Hotel in Minneapolis. This position involves directing the set-up and preparation of banquet rooms, serving and bussing tables, and assisting the Banquet Manager to ensure exceptional service. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of banquet food service experience, strong knowledge of beverages, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
