Growth Marketing Manager

Our client, a rapidly growing Los Angeles law firm, is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of the firm's marketing strategy and execution during an exciting stage of growth. This isn't a role where you'll simply inherit a playbook. You'll work directly with firm leadership to help shape how the firm goes to market, tells its story, attracts new clients, and builds its brand. For someone who wants ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact, there is tremendous runway here- not only to help grow the firm, but to grow with it. What You'll Do Develop and execute the firm's overall marketing and growth strategy in partnership with leadership. Strengthen the firm's brand positioning, messaging, and market presence. Lead integrated marketing campaigns focused on awareness, lead generation, client acquisition, and growth. Oversee digital marketing efforts including website strategy, SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, email, and content. Use analytics and KPIs to evaluate performance, optimize campaigns, and improve marketing ROI. Identify new channels, strategies, and opportunities to accelerate growth. Manage outside agencies, vendors, and marketing partners as needed. Build the marketing processes, infrastructure, and strategy needed to support a growing firm. What We're Looking For Proven experience developing and executing growth-focused marketing strategies. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, paid media, SEO/SEM, content, and conversion strategy. Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide marketing decisions. Excellent messaging, storytelling, communication, and project management skills. A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and confidence working directly with senior leadership. Professional services, legal, or high-growth consumer marketing experience is a plus.
