Respiratory Care Services Manager

Carle

Carle Health is seeking a Manager of Respiratory Care to lead staff performance, budget planning, and scheduling, while ensuring neonatal to geriatric patients receive optimal respiratory therapy according to policy. The role requires a Licensed RCP and NBRC RRT, a Bachelor's in Healthcare Management or Science, plus 5 years of clinical respiratory care and 3 years of team management experience.
