Busy dental office looking for a reliable front desk receptionist. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual. Scheduling appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
Retrieving insurance information, submit claims and Collecting Co-pays
Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring their needs are met.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
