What you’ll do You will work in the field reviewing active construction projects, walk and review completed construction projects ensuring for site clean up, close out documentation is fulfilled. You will ensure active construction work is completed to Pauley's requirements and Customer satisfaction and requirements. You will ensure internal CORE documentation matches the completed LCS and Customer requirements, verify and report to market leadership of issues or lack of documentation or compliance issues. You will make minor field corrections to installation should issues be identified. You will handle small materials, run small materials to field crews. You will operate, work, and report via general computer applications. etc. Other duties as assigned What you’ll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening. Must be able to attend and pass all company required training as neede. May be required to work over‑time; after hours; on weekends or be on‑call as work is needed to ensure work is completed. May include working nights and holidays as needed. Aerial construction experience preferred. You are a problem solver Computer Skills You have the willingness to work in a solo and team environment You have experience in working through all types of weather, including inclement weather You are a self starter You have effective communication skills. Pay Range: The hourly range for the Technician Quality Control Field position is $18.00 - $25.00, depending on experience.
