Asphalt Paving Project Manager / Estimator (Sales)

AMS Paving is a leading provider of paving, seal, and striping services for businesses, industrial establishments, and individuals. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects and exceptional customer service. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as a Paving Sales Estimator. If you’re passionate about sales, project management, and building strong customer relationships, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities by compiling lists of prospective customers from various sources.
*Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to qualify leads and convert inquiries into sales.
*Address technical and business objections from prospective customers.
*Prepare detailed bid proposals, including project dimensions, material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor estimates.
*Present bid packages to customers and secure acceptance.
*Estimate delivery dates based on production schedules.
*Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
*Travel to trade shows and represent the company.
*Generate quotes, agreements, proposals and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What We’re Looking For:
*3 Plus years of Proven experience in sales or estimating in the paving industry.
*Strong negotiation and communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bid Master) and Microsoft Office.
*Willingness to travel as needed.
*3 Years + of Previous experience in asphalt sales required.
