Compensation: $120,000 base salary + 15% bonus based on profit targets

Our client, a rapidly growing health, wellness, and nutritional supplements company , is seeking a bilingual Senior Brand Manager to help shape the next phase of its brand growth and customer acquisition strategy. This is a highly visible opportunity for a marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy, creative direction, organic social media, social commerce, and growth marketing

This is not a traditional brand management role focused on retail sales, trade marketing, or product portfolio management. It is also not a pure social media position. Instead, this role is responsible for translating business objectives into compelling messaging, creative campaigns, content strategies, and measurable commercial results across DTC ecommerce, social commerce, marketplaces, and retail channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience within health & wellness, supplements, nutraceuticals, consumer health, beauty, skincare, or other regulated consumer product categories , along with a strong understanding of how creative and content marketing contribute to customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the brand's messaging, positioning, audience strategy, and creative direction across all marketing channels.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives across ecommerce, social, paid media, and digital platforms.
• Lead organic social media strategy across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring content is aligned with business objectives.
• Drive social commerce initiatives, including TikTok Shop, influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, creator collaborations, and emerging marketplace opportunities.
• Build and manage content calendars, campaign roadmaps, creative briefs, and testing frameworks.
• Partner closely with growth, performance, ecommerce, lifecycle, and product teams to develop campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to continuously optimize messaging, creative, and audience targeting.
• Manage and mentor a small internal creative team while overseeing external agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
• Improve creative operations, workflows, approval processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support new product launches by translating product strategies into consumer-facing campaigns, content plans, and storytelling initiatives.
• Ensure marketing content aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements within a regulated consumer products environment.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative marketing, content strategy, growth marketing, or social media marketing
• Experience working within supplements, nutraceuticals, consumer health, wellness, beauty, skincare, CPG, or DTC ecommerce brands
• Proven success developing integrated campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong background in brand storytelling, content strategy, creative direction, and audience development.
• Experience managing designers, copywriters, content creators, agencies, and creative workflows.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon, influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and social commerce programs
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance metrics, profitability, customer acquisition, and campaign effectiveness.
• Experience balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Strong understanding of U.S. Hispanic consumers and culturally relevant marketing strategies.
