Overview
Travel LDRP RN in Polson, MT. Start date: 11/16/2026. Assignment duration: several weeks. Weekly pay: $2,172–$2,258 per week. Guaranteed hours: none. Shift: 3x12 Nights. Setting: small hospital with an LDRP/Obstetrics unit. This is a travel - temporary assignment focused on obstetric nursing within a critical-access facility.

- On-call: may be assigned (maximum once per pay period), 30-minute callback

- Equipment: wireless fetal monitoring; JADA device for PPHS

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive LDRP nursing care across triage, labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care
- Monitor fetal status and participate in obstetric interventions; assist circulating for C-sections
- Perform sterile vaginal exams, IV starts, and obstetric triage activities
- Manage postpartum hemorrhage, including use of the JADA device
- Document care in Epic; coordinate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, Respiratory, Interpretation, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy, Rapid Response)

Requirements
- Active RN license in a compact state with license in hand at submission
- Certifications: BLS, NRP; CLC and STABLE
- Experience: minimum 3 years in LDRP; travel experience required
- References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Ability to work in a small obstetric unit and to float to nearby facilities as needed
- Scheduling flexibility to work nights and the assigned 3x12 shift
