Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced .NET Architect / Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to lead the design and development of the Central Matter Management platform. This role requires strong expertise in .NET technologies, full-stack development (Angular), SQL Server database optimization, and modern DevOps practices , along with leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across geographically distributed teams. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+ preferred) Hands‑on experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, and MVC architecture Strong C# and .NET fundamentals Experience in building RESTful APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON, YAML) Experience with web services and API integrations (SOAP/REST) Working knowledge of security protocols – OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect Strong knowledge of frontend development using Angular (v10+) , TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 Good understanding of design patterns and architecture principles (Repository, Unit of Work, Dependency Injection, SOLID, Microservices, etc.) Experience with IIS/Kestrel hosting and web server configurations Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Ansible, etc.) Knowledge of build tools and package managers (MSBuild, NuGet, npm) Experience with test automation frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Selenium, Postman/Newman, etc.) Familiarity with PowerShell or Bash scripting Strong full‑stack development experience with hands‑on coding across UI, API, and database layers Database Expertise Strong experience with SQL Server Query optimization and performance tuning Experience with stored procedures, indexing, and execution plan analysis Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex database queries Required Qualifications .NET development (C#, .NET Core), ASP.NET Core, Web API, and MVC architecture , C# and .NET fundamentals Required Qualifications & Soft Skills Highly organized and self‑motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience coordinating and leading distributed/global teams Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide timely updates Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to solve complex design problems Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; adaptable Willingness to learn and stay current with evolving technologies Desired Qualifications Angular TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 Nice to Have Experience with messaging platforms (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) Exposure to Microservices and event‑driven architectures #J-18808-Ljbffr Matlen Silver
