Senior Implementation Consultant - Automated Underwriting/Closing

Job PurposeThe Implementation Consultant is a client-facing professional responsible for implementing ICE Mortgage Technology’s Data & Document Automation (DDA) Analyzer solutions within the Encompass platform. The consultant manages the entire implementation lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-launch support.This role combines mortgage industry expertise, client consulting, technical configuration, and project management. The consultant works directly with mortgage lenders to understand their underwriting, quality control, compliance, and post-close processes and then configures DDA Analyzer products to support those workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple client implementations from discovery through go-live and post-implementation supportServe as the primary client contact and trusted advisorGather requirements and translate mortgage workflows into effective DDA/Encompass configurationsConfigure Income, Credit, Asset, and/or Audit Analyzers based on client underwriting guidelines and operational requirementsLead UAT, client training, knowledge transfer, and adoption activitiesTroubleshoot configuration issues and partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Data ServicesManage project timelines, deliverables, status reporting, documentation, and escalationsIdentify opportunities to improve or automate implementation and mortgage workflowsTechnical SkillsEncompass end-user experience in a production lending environment (required)DDA Analyzer end-user experience (preferred)Proficiency with JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar tools; Microsoft Office Suite (preferred) QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)Recent mortgage underwriting or senior processing experiencePMP, CompTIA Project+, or comparable project management certification (preferred)NMLS licensure (preferred)Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies (preferred)Prior mortgage technology, fintech, or SaaS implementation experience (preferred)Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 25–50%)Ideal CandidateThe strongest candidate brings a combination of recent mortgage underwriting or senior processing experience and client-facing implementation/consulting skills.#LI-SF1 Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
