Senior Accounting Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager with 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with a foundation in public accounting. This role oversees month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and management of a small accounting team. Candidates must be an active CPA . Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Manage workflows, documentation, and reporting standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement, including system automation and optimization. Review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements for accuracy. Collaborate with internal departments to establish accounting standards. Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of accounting professionals. Requirements 7+ years of progressive accounting experience. Active CPA license. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
