Revenue Accounting Manager

Now recruiting on behalf of large, growing tech company for a Accounting Manager - Revenue. This role is hybrid - in the office just two days/week and remote 3 days/week. This high-impact Revenue Accounting Manager is responsible for revenue accounting activities within a complex, multi-entity structure. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate revenue reporting under GAAP (ASC 606), managing monthly close deliverables, and strengthening internal controls. The role partners closely with business leaders, finance teams, and external auditors while leading initiatives to enhance efficiency across the revenue cycle. In addition, this individual will supervise and develop accounting staff and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across systems and processes. The ideal candidate for this Revenue Accounting Manager will have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required 4-5+ years of relevant experience, with public accounting (Big 4) strongly preferred Demonstrated expertise in ASC 606 and complex revenue modeling involving significant estimates and analytics Strong background in financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal control frameworks Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting systems Proven leadership ability with experience guiding and developing teams Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to drive initiatives to completion Compensation and Benefits Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
