Pay Rate: $26.06 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeWed12:00 AM - 08:00 AMThur12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas, noting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or other security-related issues.
Monitor entry and exit activity at a technology-focused location, helping to support authorized access, visitor processing, and adherence to site rules and operational protocols.
Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence, reporting suspicious behavior, and/or following established procedures for escalations, inspections, and incident reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
