Build reliable, scalable software that underpins our cloud infrastructure Lead projects from design through rollout, ensuring smooth production delivery Investigate and resolve deep technical issues by diving into logs, VMs, and dependencies Explore open-source codebases to troubleshoot and strengthen integrations Partner with teammates on infrastructure decisions that directly impact users Operate in short, focused project cycles with freedom to propose and execute your own ideas Engage directly with customers to align infrastructure choices with product needs Must-Have Experience 5–8 years working in fast-paced startups Founding engineer at 2 startups Proven ability to ship complete products and end-to-end ownership in production Strong infra background OR exceptional generalist with infra excitement High initiative and comfort working without rigid processes or playbooks Skilled at debugging and reasoning through complex systems under pressure Bonus Skills Hands-on experience with networking, Kubernetes, distributed systems, or cloud platforms History of building products that scaled to significant adoption Experience creating novel features or moving projects from zero to one Ability to switch quickly between technical deep-dives and strategic thinking #J-18808-Ljbffr
