Marketing Strategy Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s worked in consulting environments and understands how integrated marketing actually operates across data, technology, channels, and teams. This role is for someone who can translate messy, real‑world problems into structured insights that move client programs forward. You’ll work directly with senior consultants, strategists, and client stakeholders to turn questions into clarity—and clarity into action. What You’ll Work On Client Strategy & Problem Solving Break down ambiguous business and marketing problems into clear hypotheses, questions, and analysis plans Translate client goals into measurable requirements and success metrics Support discovery, assessments, and roadmap creation across marketing operations, data, and customer experience Integrated Marketing Analysis Analyze cross‑channel journeys (email, paid media, web, CRM, marketing automation) to identify friction and opportunity Partner with strategists to map customer journeys and lifecycle programs Evaluate gaps in tools, process, data, and measurement across marketing ecosystems Requirements & Delivery Support Translate strategy into clear requirements for technical and delivery teams Create artifacts like briefs, process maps, journey maps, requirements docs, and executive‑ready summaries Support implementation planning and help teams stay aligned to intended outcomes Participate in client workshops, interviews, and working sessions Help synthesize stakeholder input into actionable insights Support executive communication with crisp, grounded thinking This Role Is Right for You If You… Have experience as a BA, consultant, or analyst in a professional services or consulting environment Have worked on integrated marketing initiatives (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle programs, CX, data‑driven marketing) Are comfortable working across strategy, operations, and technical teams Can turn ambiguity into structure without overcomplicating things Communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders Care about outcomes—not just analysis 3–6+ years experience in business analysis, consulting, marketing operations, or digital transformation Experience supporting integrated marketing programs (e.g., CRM, CDP, ESPs, paid media platforms, web analytics) Strong analytical and documentation skills (requirements, process flows, journey maps, insights decks) Client‑facing experience in workshops, discovery, or program planning Bonus: Experience with marketing technology ecosystems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Adobe, Snowflake, etc.) Why Block+Tackle High‑trust, high‑ownership consulting culture Work on complex, meaningful client problems—not surface‑level marketing work Real influence on strategy and delivery, not just documentation Opportunity to grow into senior consulting, strategy, or program leadership roles Hybrid environment with flexibility and accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr Block+Tackle
