Overview

N10° is seeking a talented, proven Private Wealth Advisor with an established track record and a transferable book of business to join its growing team, with the opportunity to come on board as an equity partner. This is a unique opportunity to work across both advisory firms as they build and scale a high-touch wealth and asset management platform, with the chance to contribute meaningfully to an enterprise in its earliest stages. This is a highly selective search for an advisor who wants a true ownership stake in what they help build, rather than simply manage one.

This role requires professionalism, sound judgment, and a client-first approach, along with high integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is ready to help lead the next stage of growth at a fast-growing firm.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Minimum annual production of approximately $500,000.
• A transferable book of business.
• Minimum average revenue on assets (ROA) of 75 basis points.
• An established client footprint in Florida and/or the tri-state area preferred.
• CFA®, CFP®, or similar advanced professional designation preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Managing and growing a book of high-net-worth client relationships.
• Delivering holistic wealth management and financial planning solutions tailored to each client's goals.
• Leading client and family meetings, including comprehensive wealth assessments that address each family's full financial picture.
• Facilitating generational wealth transfer and family governance discussions where appropriate.
• Coordinating with clients' existing advisory teams, including tax professionals and estate attorneys, to ensure a fully integrated approach.
• Partnering with firm leadership to help shape the growth of a growing advisory platform.
• Identifying and cultivating new business development opportunities.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Ensuring that regulatory rules and fiduciary standards are upheld.

Location:

N10° is headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, and offers flexibility for advisors with an established footprint in Florida and/or the tri-state area. N10° can secure flexible office space in metro areas nationwide to support advisors working outside of Greenwich.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation for this role is structured around production and includes the opportunity for equity partnership.
