It's more than a job; you'll be changing people's lives every day.About the ClientThe client is based in Miami, FL, and is currently following a medically guided, anti-inflammatory nutrition protocol. He's looking for a private chef to prepare and deliver 2–3 meals per day, six days a week (18 total meals). Meals must be:Low-histamine, low-fermentation, and anti-inflammatory~ 2,000 kcal/day and 150g protein, spread across 3 mealsCooked in olive oil, ghee, or coconut oil onlyExcludes pork, whole red meat cuts, processed/aged/fermented itemsInspired by South Asian, Persian, Thai, and Italian cuisinesDelivered weekly (ideally Monday evenings) frozen or cooled for easy reheatingThis is a long-term role with ongoing weekly service, and the rate will be discussed during the interview.At Biospan, you'll get hands-on training from our nutritional experts and head chef.
