Key Holder - Part Time

COTTONCITIZEN is looking for a skilled part-time sales associate to join our growing Wynn Plaza, Las Vegas team. This person should actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our products, be results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products. 
• Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and client engagement. Understand current inventory levels to better serve clients and their needs.
• Keep the sales floor organized and tidy. Ensure products are displayed following brand standards.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a balanced cash drawer.
• Stay informed about new products and communicate this information to customers effectively.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a high standard of customer service.
• Actively seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance.

• 1-2 years retail sales experience with a similar contemporary-to-luxury market brand.
• Advanced skills in communicating and selling.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and build client relationships.
• Team player; Able to work collaboratively with other sales associates.
• Detail oriented with a keen eye for detail in maintaining a tidy sales floor and inventory.
• Reliable, hard-working individual.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
